Itel it1351e: Restore with PAC file.
Itel it1351e 4.1.2 Stock PAC file.
Installation Steps:
Install the Drivers. (Drivers Work only on 32bits windows OS PC)

Open ResearchDownload application.
Open ResearchDownload application.
Click on load
packet button and select the PAC file, wait for it to load.
It will be completely loaded when a
statement (E.g)
"SC7710G:7710_4.1.2_C913W_AITAI_1351_en_v09(4+4).pac"
Is seen on the tool bar of research
download.
Then click on the settings button.
Then click on the settings button.
The baurtrate and the CPU product SC7710g will
be set to default so don't mess it up by making any changes on any of them.
Under port select all files.
Then under File ID; unmark Cache file (though
the cache is usually unmarked by default so just let it be like that)
Then under Backup, unmark (Calibration, W_Calibaration, Bluetooth, BandSelect WIFI) exempt
Then Click Ok.
Remove the battery from you device for about 20 seconds, then place it back it.

On the tool bar
of Research Download now click Play, Hold volume down the power button (put
device into download mode) on your device with one hand and with the other
connect the USB to the Device immediately.
Then download
will start on research download and now you can let go of the volume down and
power buttons. Wait until all files are downloaded onto the device, this is normally
completed in a few minutes.
When the text
"Passed" is displayed on research download, click on stop download (on
research download tool bar). Unplug the USB Cable, remove the battery an then
place it back in. now start the device.
If you ruin your IMEI in the Process you'll note that SIM 1 3G Connection is not Working. well that happend with mine so i got Piranha_box_V1.46.
Run Piranha Box, under Chinese Tools Select Android Tools, ADB mode is Write Nvram Use USB mode and select usb cable name as USB (cable&mode). Then with your usb cable mounted onto your usb debugging enabled device Click Start...
If you Wish to root your device like a pro use Piranha box in android tool select Root (ADB).
su will be pushed to your ROM then you have to install Super user apk and rootchecker apk to confirm if root permissions are fully granted.

SC7710G:7710_4.1.2_C913W_AITAI_1351_en_v09(4+4) & 7710_4.1.2_C913W_AITAI_1351_en_v20(4+4) are to the black in colour Itel IT1351e Devices only while 7710_4.1.2_C913W_AITAI_1351_en_v21(4_4)(0423)_bin-N3 is for the white in colour Itel IT1351e Devices only.
Worked on my Itel it1351e it’s
