Actually its not just you haveing a problem with then, i bought this iNote Heron 3G some 3weeks ago it makes me feel like throwing it from the roof: why?
- Its M-pesa does not work most of the time.
- It has this thing called assisted GPS that never finds my locations when am posting on facebook, twitter, instagram or google plus..etc. thus even the google maps app can't tell my locaton.. in short its not GPS enabled..yet its called a smartphone!! what kind of a smartphone does not have GPS????
- Then the camera, its all shit: its front camera is 3.0MP while its back Camera is 1.3MP..as in its cameras were installed in opposite positions.again what kind of smartphone has its front camera more powerfull than its back camera??
After finding out all this problems i headed to the place i bought it..the attendants directed me to the technician, And after 2days of going to this place to find a fix to all this problems, the technician say's that there is nothing he can do about the phone.
So i have to stick with this clappy phone...!!!
i have since then made a vow to never to buy anything Itel or Techno related.
